Overview Crestron Lectern:
- Remember power on Crestron Lectern from the podium desktop control panel on the podium by pressing the power button. This also controls the lighting and drops both the light filtering and room darkening shade as well as power on the projector. When you power on the projector it will automatically lower the projector screen.
- Next, make sure the computer is powered on. If the monitor displays a log in screen the computer is powered on.
- If the monitor is not showing a log in screen make sure the monitor power button is pressed to ON.
- If the monitor is powered on and you do not receive the log in on screen and have a black screen make certain the computer is powered on the tower located under the podium behind the glass doors.
- Open the glass doors under podium and press the power button on computer tower. With both the computer powered and monitor powered on you should receive the log on screen.
- Log into computer
- Either plug in your flash drive into the computer front USB port (not the monitor) or pull up your content from your email, or file storage source. Open (you have to open glass door under podium)
- Verify the video is not muted and the lectern Crestron volume is set to a middle to high volume to test.

Podium:
The podium has the capability to be raised or lowered with a foot pedal operator or switch on front of the podium.
If the presenter is showing video or holding a Q & A they can bring in a tall seat from the atrium for a professional level seating, please return it after presentation or showing.
