How to handle incoming SPAM: 

Unfortunately some SPAM email will occasionally get through the SPAM filter/firewall. 

  1. Don't Click and take the bait!  
  2. Delete from inbox and deleted & report if you get several or from high ranking LU VIP, VP, President etc...
  3. If you click change password immeditatly 

Step 1. On the Home tab in the Outlook Desktop app, click on Junk and select Junk E-mail Options.

Step 2. Junk Email filters should be configured with No Automatic Filtering Protection setting

Step 3. Emails that make it through the spam filter will need to be manually blocked by right clicking the email and selecting Junk - Block Sender.
