To Create a Poll in the Outlook Application 

Note* the quick poll options are for single question only.  

For multiple questions please use * 


  1. Create a new Email. 

  1. Click Insert 


  1. Click Poll 



  1. Enter poll options 


  1. Press next and enter recipients 

  1. Send to users, you are able to view these statistics in real time as people respond 


Outlook Web Access Poll 

  1. Create a new message 


  1. Click the ellipsis (…) near the send button near the bottom. 


  1. Input your options  


  1. Input your recipients and press send to email the poll.
