The legacy name of the home grown APP is Lionmail Lookup, it is used to conveniently look up students information is simplify information pulled from the database ERM system CAMS.
We no longer use Lionmail and kept the name of the APP for nostalgia, we use Outlook 365 for Mail.
The APP displays important information used to assist callers with account verification, default password sections, student ID#, last term enrolled, and under relations it contains who is listed under their FERPA approved contacts who may speak on the students behalf.
