Institutional Data Request (IDR)

Purpose of the Institutional Data Request portal:  

The Institutional Research Office often receives several data requests a day. Completion of this data request form will help us appropriately route, prioritize, track, and complete your data request.  

Please click the "Submit an Institutional Data Request" button on the right, and then complete the fields as best you can.  Required fields are marked with a *.   Taking a few extra minutes to clearly define your data request can save lots of time for you and IR staff down the road.  

IR staff will contact you by email if follow-up questions are needed.
