Wireless Printing

Lindenwood Wireless Printing is available for the St. Charles Campus. 

Overview in three easy steps: Make certain you are logged into LINDENWOOD.edu and not the GUEST Wi-Fi Please. 

1.  Enter the URL to access Wireless Printing in any browser, while logged on the LU Network, from your mobile device.

2.  Login with your Username and Password, then submit a print job to the printer of your choice.

3.  Go to designated printer to retrieve the job, all jobs must be retrieved the same day,

      Release with ID Card scanned or simply enter your email address and password credentials.


Click this link when you are ready to submit a print job to take you to the Wireless Printing Log-in Page.

Lindenwood Wireless Printing

Step 1:  

While on Lindenwood's Network, on the St. Charles Campus!

Access the link to Wireless printing: http://

Step 2:

Once logged in, you will automatically be on the Web Print tab. Then, select "Submit a Job."

Step 3:

Select the printer of your choice for one of our two St. Charles location printers: 

  • Library and Academic Resources Center Main Lobby - In front of the Library Circulation Desk.
  • Library and Academic Resources 2nd floor - in the study area on the 2nd floor
  • Spellmann Center 1st Floor - 1st floor near the Copy Center.
  • Evans Commons 3rd Floor - Near the elevator.

Step 4:

Enter the number of copies you would like to print.  

Step 5:

Upload documents from your computer or device. You may also drag and drop the files you want to print. 

Then click on "Upload & Complete"

Note:  the following types of files that are acceptable to print are listed on the upload screen below the Upload from computer file box. 

You should see the job you want to print held in the queue for the printer you selected.

Then, you can either submit a new job (Go to Step 2) or go to the printer to release the job(s) in the queue (Go to Step 6).


Step 6:  Releasing the Print Job sent Remotely to the Wireless Printer - Konica Minolta BizHub Printer 

  • Go to the printer you selected to Release the Job.
    • You may have to log into the printer/copier by either scanning your student or employee ID
    • Or you may also release by logging in with your Lindenwood Email address and Password.
    • **NOTE: If this is your first time using the Biz Printer, you will need to associate your account with your ID. Select Yes and type in your employee or student Username which is your LU email address without @lindenwood.edu and password. Then you will scan card a second time and once account is set up it will display the main menu of options Printer Release, Device Functions, Scan.


Step 7:

  • Select "Print Release"
  • Then, select "Print All" to print all documents in your queue. You may also select the document you want to print, and then press "Print."

*  You must be logged into the Lindenwood Network , while on campus, to submit a print job.

*  All Wireless Print jobs not printed will be deleted at the end of each day at midnight.
