Known Issue:

1) Adobe has updated their licensing to require that Creative Cloud to be logged into when you are using any Adobe creativity program. This also requires that Creative Cloud to be kept up to the most current version. During the update process you may not have access to Adobe application. When updating, you will find that you are unable to log out of Creative Cloud because the sign out button is greyed out.  Once the update has completed you will be able to log out of Creative Cloud and back in.  This will allow access to all of the programs again.
