How to log in. When logging into the G Suite the individual will use the credentials issued to them by the university for their email account.
Basic Troubleshooting:
A common error we see are that the user is logged into a personal Gmail account on the device. This breaks the SO process. Our suggest best practice is to always use an incognito window when attempting to log into the School of Education G Suite account.
Another common error is that the user is trying to enter the wrong username. Users need to enter their regular username (@lindenwood.edu) and Not the @ed.lindenwood.edu address.
