Lindenwood eAccounts

The Lindenwood eAccounts website: https://lindenwood-sp.transactcampus.com/eAccounts/AnonymousHome.aspx, available for everyone to check balances, add money to card, and mark a card as lost. This site is linked in the Student Portal under Dining Services. There is a Transact eAccounts mobile app in both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The eAccount website allows guest deposits and allows you to retrieve your balances and add Lion Dollars to your card.

 

Make a deposit as a Guest

  1. Go to the URL above and select “Make a guest deposit”

  1. Fill out the required information.  This information must match what is on the ID card.  Failing to do so will result in an error saying that you would not be able to

  1. Fill out the Deposit Amount Field

  1. Fill out the credit card information

  1. Confirm the deposit information is correct and select “Make Deposit”

  1. Enter the information needed for a receipt to be sent to your email and click send receipt.

 

 

 

 

Log in as a user

  1. Go to the URL above and select “Sign In” This uses Single Sign on so use your LU Credentials

  1. This is where you will be able to see balances.  This is your account summary page.

  1. Account transactions is where you can see all account transactions for Lion, Award, Commuter, and Dining Dollars over a period of time
    1. Award Dollars:  This account type is for when funds are applied for special circumstances
    2. Commuter Dollars:  These are funds for commuters
    3. Dining Dollars: Funds attached to your meal plan
    4. Lion Dollars: Are funds added to accounts

  1. Board Transactions shows all meal plan transactions to you.
  2. Account Statements shows the monthly statement of activity
  3. Card Services allows you to deactivate your card in case you have lost it.  This will also allow you to activate your card once it is found.

  1. Activate

Purchase Lion Dollars when logged in as a user

 

  1. Select +Add Money to Lion Dollars under account summary

  1. Fill out the Deposit Amount Field

  1. Fill out the credit card information

 

  1. Confirm the deposit information is correct and select “Make Deposit”

  1. Enter the information needed for a receipt to be sent to your email and click send receipt.
